Helaine Sheias, Ph.D., moved to Israel as a teenager, served in the IDF, and has over 20 years of experience in education and facilitation. She is a graduate of The Mussar Institute's Yesod and Manchim Advanced Facilitator Training programs and currently serves as the Director of Facilitator and Program Development at TMI.

How can we explore and deeply connect with our personal and collective intergenerational relationships?
The need to strengthen our Jewish ties and reclaim our identity is very much alive. Yet, many of us do not know how to approach this inner yearning for connectedness.
Through experiential learning, active practices and interactive discussion, this short 3-part online series is an invitation to rediscover your spiritual identity through the prism of soulful self-inquiry.
Utilizing the ancient wisdom of Mussar, together we will search our Jewish lineage to reclaim our authentic selves.
During this course, you will:
- Explore the spiritual DNA of your soul and Jewish identity.
- Rediscover sacred connections in personal and intergenerational relationships.
- Engage in soulful self-inquiry to reclaim authenticity and strengthen your Jewish self.
