Memory Care Customer Support Liaisons
The Mussar Institute welcomes our new Memory Care Customer Support Liaisons to our team. Our Liaisons are compassionate and computer literate volunteers, and Chaverim members, serving our entire community to help support those of us who are experiencing memory challenges, and any one in our community who may be "technology-phobic or hesitant." You don't need to be a Chaverim member or to be officially diagnosed with a memory impairment to receive help. All you need to do is ask!
Our Memory Care Customer Support Liaisons offer gentle and patient guidance and technical assistance regarding course registration, Zoom link reminders, login issues and password resets, website and learning platform navigation, document downloads, and related questions.
