Choose Your Challenge:

Focusing on nurturing honor for others as a foundation for personal growth, here are seven easy-to-do challenges:

Choose a challenge from the list or make up your own!

 

1. Express Gratitude: Each day, express gratitude to someone in your life by sending a heartfelt message, writing a note, or simply saying thank you in person.

2. Acts of Kindness: Perform at least one random act of kindness each day for someone else, such as holding the door open, offering a compliment, or helping with a task.

3. Active Listening: Practice active listening in your conversations by giving your full attention, asking questions, and showing empathy towards others' feelings and experiences.

4. Share Positive Feedback: Take time to give sincere and positive feedback to someone, whether it's a colleague, friend, or family member, to uplift and encourage them.

5. Forgive and Let Go: Reflect on any grudges or resentments you may be holding onto, and practice forgiveness to release negative feelings and foster healing.

6. Celebrate Others' Success: Celebrate the achievements and successes of others without jealousy or comparison, and offer genuine support and encouragement.

7. Speak with Kindness: Be mindful of your words and strive to speak with kindness and respect towards everyone you interact with, promoting a culture of honor and positivity.
